If you would have told me that in 2016 that I would not only battle a category 3-4 hurricane and snowpocalypse during wedding season, I probably would have laughed. This was also back when I believed that rain was the most stressful element that could be added to a wedding day so tomato/tomatoe.
Luckily all the snow hype was nothing like the weatherman had predicted as Atlanta was only given the thinest blanket of snow and ice and for that I think everyone will be forever grateful!
Even with snow on the ground and 20 degree temperatures all day, Christina + Michael braved the elements like true champs and never once let the weather effect the magic that was about to unfold on their big day!
These two shared the most intimate first look in a chapel that was surrounded by windows and exchanged vows in the very same place hours later but this time the only light came from the candles that lit up the space--talk about romantic!
After portraits were done, everyone was ready to hit the dance floor and man could this group dance! Not once was the dance floor empty and the night ended with a sparkler exit to brag about.
I honestly couldn't think of a better way to end my 2016 wedding season and this one is sure going to be hard to beat as I start wedding season again come March!
So until then, enjoy the magic below!
