Whelp it's official -- I am completely obsessed with Christine, Adam, and Buster! These three got up early to explore Forsyth Park for their engagement session and looking back through their images, it was obviously completely worth it! Cannot wait for them to tie the knot next May!
After years of dating, it all came down to this! Lauren and Steven started their new forever in the most beautiful cathedral that Savannah has to offer all while doing it with the most contagious love, smiles, and joy possible! From handling the crazy cool wind to the stunning Kate Middleton style dress that Lauren absolutely rocked, I don't think that their day could have been any more perfect! Happily Ever After to my sweet friends, the new Mr. + Mrs. Hendley!

Even with this winter snap we are having this week, this session will have you feeling all the spring feels!
Last week I had the privilege of meeting Emily + John in Downtown Savannah for their engagement session and boy was it the very definition of the praise hand emojis! They are one of my sweet 2017 couples and I honestly don't know how I got so lucky to work with such a kind, loving, laid-back, and genuine couple. Not to mention Emily and I share a love for all things Kate Spade and when I saw that she was sporting glittery Kate Spade shoes, I knew we were meant to be friends!
We started our time together roaming around Forsyth Park and man was this place showing off. The blooms were already peaking, the fountain was on it's A game, and crowds weren't that bad, even on a day that was sporting 75 degree weather. We then put on our walking shoes and hit some of my favorite spots around town all of which include ivy walls, romantic stairs, cobblestone roads, and grand buildings!
Their August wedding will be here before you know it and I cannot wait to see all their plans come together over the coming months! Now enjoy some of my favorites below and get ready to swoon!
Doing engagement sessions in Downtown Savannah + at Wormsloe Plantation will seriously NEVER get old! The moss, the light, the architecture, and the ability to shoot at the same place and be able to come out with completely different results each time is what keeps me going back again and again! And it was no different this time with Kirsten + Thomas!
These two decide to incorporate another member of their little family into the session, Buddy the golden retriever, and the images just speak for themselves! I swear that Buddy looks exactly like Chance and know that these two would have been fast friends if they ever met. And to be honest that is what it felt like meeting Kirsten + Thomas--it was like chatting and working with two old friends and that is something I will always treasure!
Their October wedding at the Cathedral and Savannah Yacht Club is going to be epic and I cannot wait to see these two tie the knot :)
I have been waiting to share Kate + Alex's big day for two months now and let's just say the wait has been worth it!
The day started out at Rob's on Drayton, where I met the girls as they were finishing hair + makeup, and I knew that we were in for a special day when Alex had arranged for flowers, champagne, and a love letter to be delivered to his bride-to-be as she enjoyed this down time before the day got going!
The party then moved over to Mirabelle Cafe where the girls got ready and were able to share views of the Cathedral, where the ceremony would soon take place, that truly kept the vision of the day in the forefront of everyone's minds!
Kate + Alex shared the most intimate, romantic first look in Pulaski Square before the traditional Catholic ceremony and then after exchanging vows, the whole wedding party was whisked away to the reception at Savannah Golf Club on one of Savannah's iconic trolleys!
The reception space was designed beautifully that left the guests not only taking advantage of the details but also enjoying a live band, a grilled cheese bar, a donut wall with golf tee pegs, light-up tambourines for the dance floor, and one hell of a send off!
There are no words to truly describe how much we enjoyed capturing the new Mr. + Mrs. Hunt's wedding day and are extremely blessed to be able to call these two friends so that catch up double dates are always a to-do!
Also, shout to the the wedding planners/coordinators, Emily + Susan of Sincerely Yours Events, that helped not only Jeramie + I all day with staying on schedule but also for making this beautiful day go off without a hitch!
